2. Purposes and legal basis of processing
We process personal data of job applicants and potential employers in order to organize employment in hospitals and other medical institutions in Poland and abroad. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest of the controller (defense against or pursuit of claims), legitimate interest of the controller (responding to inquiries, maintaining contact with interested parties).
3. Scope of data processed
Employee form: Full name, Email address, Phone number, Message content, Preferred job position, Suggested city of employment.
Employer form: Full name, Business email, Business phone number, Job title, Name of the hiring institution.
4. Data recipients
Potential future employers (medical institutions in Poland). Entities providing accounting, hosting, and IT support services.
5. Data retention Candidate data: stored for the duration of recruitment, then transferred to the employer or retained in the database. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g., newsletter subscription): stored until consent is withdrawn.
6. Data subject rights You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent at any time, lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) (www.uodo.gov.pl ).
7. Data protection measures We ensure that data are: collected for specific lawful purposes, processed lawfully, shared only under data processing agreements, protected through regular technical and organizational security tests.
8. Social media We operate social media profiles to reach a wider audience. By interacting with us, we may receive your nickname, profile picture, or information contained in your messages. We do not combine these with other data unless you provide them yourself. Data are not shared with third parties, but may be processed by social media platforms under their own rules.

We are not responsible for privacy practices of third-party websites.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to establish cooperation.
